We’re on the lookout for an experienced User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team.
As a UX Researcher, you will bring the voice of the user while shaping the future of digital products and services. You are working closely with our multidisciplinary product teams and our digital strategy and research clients to create and validate exceptional user experiences.
As an experienced UX Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying user needs and behavior patterns, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and translating the insights into actionable recommendations. Your work will have a direct impact on creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences.
Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and conduct user research studies, employing various methods such as interviews, observations, surveys, and usability testing.

Analyse research data and derive meaningful insights for data-driven decision-making processes.

Collaborate with our Product Analysts, Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to integrate research findings into innovative solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Work directly with research-only customers, collaborating closely to manage and deliver research results, ensuring client satisfaction and happiness.

Communicate research results and recommendations through compelling presentations and reports.

Work together on research questions with our analysts and coach our “people who do research” to level up their UX research skills.

Establish and improve research processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Stay updated with emerging UX research trends and tools.
Qualifications:

You have +3 years of experience in user experience research, preferably in digital products or service design.

You have a strong understanding of UX research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and their applications.

You have an analytical mindset and can quickly grasp how a company or industry works and what its challenges are.

You have the ability to prioritise. You can handle several projects and many different tasks in an organised way.

You are comfortable and confident in a client-facing role.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
